I am working on a historical fiction book titled “The Spartan She-wolf and the merchant mariner.” Its story unfolds during the campaign of Alexander the Great and it deals with ancient Sparta’s attitude toward the transition of the ancient Eastern Mediterranean world from city-states to Hellenistic Empires, as seen by a disenfranchised commoner.
